Our Course, Your Cause: Cranbrook Women’s Resource Centre

Cause and Mission Statement:

A safe and inclusive place where women can anonymously access many support FOR a variety of situations including violence in relationships, insecure housing, trauma, food insecurity, clothing, hygiene products, general emotional support, and more.

We seek to support women dealing with a variety of situations. We work closely with other community programs for referrals, and are able to provide transportation to medical appointments and the foodbank. We also seek to increase awareness about women’s social issues through advocacy, social media, small groups, and events. All of this work contributes to enhancing the well-being of women and families in our region while working towards social and systemic change.
