Our Course, Your Cause: Mark Creek Lions Club

Cause and Mission Statement:

The Kimberley Lions club was chartered in 1947. The Marysville Lions club was chartered in 1954. Mark Creek Lions was formed when Kimberley & Marysville clubs amalgamated in 2010.

Their mission is to create and foster a spirit of understanding among all people for humanitarian needs by providing voluntary services through community involvement and international cooperation. Some ways that the Mark Creek Lions Club contributes to the Community are Eyeglass recycling, Children’s Emergency Medical Fund (CEMF), Scholarships to Selkirk High School, Blue Lake Summer Camp Sponsorship (McKim School), Mckim School Breakfast Program, Halloween Howl, Marysville Days, and Local Clubs & Organizations
